Geeze. Pete was just a boy. By my reckoning, he was about 23 years old in that pic.
 

I loved The Who. From My Generation up through Quadrophenia they just caught that essential teenaged rage. Even tho I was in my Twenties I could still relate.
Come to think of it I still listen to Quadrophenia a lot while I'm writing.

PS: I saw them at the original Fillmore Auditorium in 1967. They played there the week after Monterey Pop. I couldn't figure our Roger's heavy eyeliner and high heels.
